SubSensory's 49th release features a HOT five track minimal release by Art of Hot. Prolific musician, composer and producer Chris Demetres aka Art of Hot brings us his own musical vision inspired by the EP's sci-fi classic namesake. In the future our existence is telepathy, time travel and human computers. And a powerful weapon can be created simply by amplifying the power of words and sound. Art of Hot interprets these ideas through a combination of chunky dancefloor grooves, futuristic sounds, dark frequencies and subtle vocal snippets. Well suited for a modern tech dancefloor, the tracks range from Arrakis' electrified tech-house-funk to Navigator's sci-fi-fueled sub-minimal grooves. Plus, keeping with the theme of the release, the cover art is an image of an original painting by Art of Hot. We're very excited to debut these five tracks of quality workmanship on SubSensory!
